Almond Butter Raisin Cookies ~

1 jar (approx. 120 grams) of all natural Cashew Butter
3/4 c Coconut Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
Handful of Raisins

Mix everything together, spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 min. depending on oven. 

Makes 16 medium-size cookies
