By mid-morning I can usually hear my stomach growling so I look for quick nutritious snacks to curb my appetite while satisfying my sweet tooth. Many of us keep small snack-size bags of chips, crackers and candy in our desk drawers. This ranks at the top of the terrible snacking list. Here is a tasty treat that can kick your bad snacking habits to the curb.
